Ogni settimana o quasi qui su Chefuturo! abbiamo scelto una frase che era nell’aria e che in qualche modo rapprentava il nostro modo di intendere l’innovazione e l’abbiamo messa in evidenza, proprio sotto la testata. A fine anno quelle frasi, lette una dopo l’altra, indicano un percorso: per alcuni possono essere perle di saggezza, per altri magari saranno solo un giochino divertente. Noi vorremmo scegliere quella più rappresentativa del 2012. Per questo intanto ne abbiamo selezionate tredici: sono le migliori secondo noi.
